Navigating the high school years can be challenging for both teens and parents. Our hope as a Parish is to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where your teen can find good company and a solid Catholic community. We believe that when teenagers encounter Christ through the beauty of the Catholic faith, they experience Him in a profound and personal way—and in turn, transform their parish, community, and culture. We want all our youth to know they belong here and that their parish family is always here to support them.

Program Details:

• Who: High School Students (Grades 9 - 12)

• When: Sundays from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (unless otherwise noted in the schedule below)

• Where: Youth Room at the Parish Center

• Cost: FREE!

How the Program Works:

 Life Teen (formerly our Youth Group) is broken down into two main components:

• Classes: Deep dives into the meaning of our Catholic faith, helping teens grow closer to Jesus Christ and get solid answers to their questions.

• Social & Service: The fun part! These nights are dedicated to building good friendships through game nights, cookouts, holiday parties, and helping younger children in the community.

2026-2027 Schedule:

• September: 13th (Class), 27th (Social)

• October: 11th (Class), 25th (Trunk or Treat at St. Jude Mission Church - starts after 9:00 AM Mass)

• November: 8th (Social - after 11:00 AM Mass at ICC)

• December: 13th (Christmas Party)

• January: 10th (Class), 24th (Social)

• February: 7th (Class), 21st (Social)

• March: 14th (Easter Egg Hunt - Setup at 12:00 Noon on ICC grounds)

• April: 11th (Class), 25th (Social)

• May: 2nd (Class), 23rd (End of Year Cookout on ICC grounds)

(Summer socials in June, July, and August will be announced in the Parish Bulletin).

Note for Confirmation Candidates:

If you are enrolled in the Confirmation Preparation program, your required Life Teen attendance depends on your current school enrollment. Families may select the specific dates that best fit their schedule to meet these minimums:

• Catholic School Students: Must attend at least 5 (out of 9) Life Teen Socials.

• Non-Catholic School Students (Public or Private): Must attend at least 4 (out of 6) Life Teen Classes.
