Requirements for Sacramental Preparation:

• Sacraments: Candidates must have already received the sacraments of Baptism, First Reconciliation, and First Eucharist.

• Age & Grade: Candidates must be in at least the 9th grade.

• Faith Formation: Candidates must have successfully completed 7th and 8th grade in a Catholic school, a Catholic homeschool program, or a parish Religious Education program prior to entering the Confirmation program.

Program Requirements & Itinerary:

This is a fully in-person program. To successfully complete the preparation, candidates and families must fulfill the following attendance requirements:

• Parent & Teen Orientation Meeting: Wednesday, September 23rd at 6:30 PM (held during the first class).

• Confirmation Classes: ALL candidates must attend every scheduled Confirmation class in the Youth Room at the Parish Center.

• Life Teen Attendance: Required Life Teen participation depends on the candidate's current school enrollment. Families may select the specific dates that best fit their schedule to meet these minimums:

  • Catholic School Students: Must attend at least 5 (out of 9) Life Teen Socials. Life Teen classes are not mandatory for these students.

  • Non-Catholic School Students (Public or Private): Must attend at least 4 (out of 6) Life Teen classes. Life Teen Socials are optional but highly encouraged.

In-person confirmation classes meet on Sundays from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM AND Wednesdays from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM on the specific dates listed below.
